Nine Months of solo study & group class experiences so that you can leave behind the loneliness of being energetically sensitive and step into an experience of connection, support, and community curiosity.
Online live classes via Zoom, recorded for convenience: we know that life gets busy and we’ve designed this space accordingly!
Community oriented, with opportunities for shared practice, receiving and sharing healing, and accountability: because even when you feel shy about stepping into new community spaces, you KNOW that in the end it is always worth it and provides a sense of nourishment that this modern life is missing.
