What we cover:
Inner Realms= inner coherence. The place where we grapple with everything that has fractured us, integrate shadows, awaken awareness, and unhook from the energies, stories, and distortions that have kept us trapped and looping in the same pains and limitations. Some of the tools we work with include Reiki, Journey Work, Channeled Energetics, Body Consciousness, and more.
Outer Realms= reality creation. The place where we remember that we are creators in this life, and that all of Life is trying to create through us. We activate subtle energetic awareness, awaken communication with all dimensions, and learn how to weave reality through vibration and frequency. Some of the tools we work with include Integrative Energy Mapping™, Consciousness Expansion, Somatics, Plant Spirit Medicine, and more.
Alchemists’s Lab= leadership and professional support. A mystic-mind where we refine our unique skill set, unlock new paradigms of business and leadership, and normalize putting Energy and Spirit back at the center of all aspects of life, community, and commerce. Some of the tools we work with include energetics for business, clinical case study reviews, skills refinement, and more.
This space now runs on a monthly or annual all-access pass: you can join any and all calls month to month, and review and deepen into the growing library of recorded sessions and classes.

What Can You Expect?
Here’s what your time with us might look like:
You join a class live on a Saturday and you learn a technique for time traveling back to places of soul injury to offer connection, and you send ripples of healing forward into the present moment. You feel a fully body release and expansion.
Perhaps you stay for the second session where you learn about the consciousness of your organs, endocrines, and body parts, and how to work the mirror between your physical health and your Soul health.
Maybe later that week or the next you drop-in to an Alchemist’s Lab call (even if you don’t consider yourself a professional yet) because you like to learn through osmosis and listen to how folks are applying energetics into their various fields of work.
If you are a professional healer/facilitator, perhaps you dedicate a month to doing your own deep healing work in our Inner Realms sessions, and the next month you listen for where your body of work is evolving in Alchemist’s Lab.
Later in the month you join a live demo session where you get to unlock the nuances of energetic patterns (and how to resolve them) through watching demonstrations of various techniques.
One week you join a 30 minute quickie meditation to connect to the rhythm of the changing seasons through the Wheel of the Year. Another week you jump in on a Dream Weaving session where you are guided in a process of unpacking the imagery and communication that comes through in collective dream states.
Maybe one month you can’t join any live calls at all, so you listen to the recordings in little bites, trusting where your curiosity takes you. The next month perhaps you feel ravenous to be in the shared energetic Field of the live calls, feeling nourished and replenished by being in a room full of people who believe that magic is real and Spirit is our future.
This is a living ecosystem of access, of practice, of refinement, and of conscious connection.

Meet Your Guide…
Hi, I’m Julia… Energy Worker and lover of humans. I began 10+ years ago as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher in the Tibetan/ Usui and Karuna lineages. Since then, I have added Integrative Energy Medicine, Shamanic Healing Work, BodyTalk, Folk/Western Herbalism, Plant Spirit Medicine, Channeled Frequency work and more to my medley of passion and expertise.
I am here to greet the Soul in Everything…
There is a soul in everything. I learned this after many years of forgetting, and I've now devoted my life to remembering and creating spaces for others to remember. I work with energy: I read it and weave it and acknowledge that which is unseen, and invite others to do the same.
Straight talk: I came to this work from my own brokenness. I have uncovered and liberated layers and layers of personal capital T trauma along the way. I have spent a decade working with thousands of bodies to cut my chops understanding how energy moves in our soma and our souls, and how we can revolutionize our power to heal and grow in the days to come. I know Energy because I am obsessed with Energy… I’m a 10,000 hours gal.
My mission is to align and tune our individual and collective energies so that we can return to living in right relationship with ourselves, others, and the planet... and to weave some whimsy and play in along the way.
