Your anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, unsatisfying relationships, soul-sucking work loops, crippling PTSD flairs, and enraging money setbacks are SYMPTOMS… not the problem.
When the things that have happened to us, our families and communities, and our ancestors go un-metabolized and uncared for they create energetic loops and patterns that no amount of talking, reading, or journaling can complete.

…Lucky for us we have centuries of tools and traditions that can repair the mind and body, close the loops of un-metabolized trauma, integrate ancestral and cultural wounding and disfunction, and liberate the Whole Soul to lead a regenerative, fruitful life.
How this Works…
Inner Realms is a nine month online vessel for radical self healing through energetic, shamanic, and magical frameworks. Actually magical… not three types of psychology stacked up in a trench coat.
Online live classes via Zoom, recorded for convenience and flow. This is an energetic field, so everything works asynchronously.
You’ll have access to online modules and resources for additional personal practice and reflection but THIS IS NOT A COURSE. We don’t do good student-ship here (or at least we’re actively deconstructing.
We’ll work with multiple frameworks of Energy Work, Body Consciousness, and Shamanic Journey work to explore finding lost parts of self and bringing them home, integrating Shadow parts, metabolizing and releasing trauma safely through sensation and energy, rewriting inhibiting and inherited stories, releasing true intuition from the distortion of fear, anxiety, and PTSD, and so, so much more.
This is a vessel to hold you so that your body, mind, and spirit feel safe to finely let go and begin the deep work of lasting repair.
There is no “goal” to hit, no “outcome” to strain for.
You’ll be invited to actively participate as much or as little as feels safe and right for you.

Each month’s live Zoom classes will include:

1 Opening call with guided exploratory practices (2 hrs, 9am first Saturday of the month)
1 Integration and “practice” call (2 hrs, 9am mid-month Sunday)
1 community-wide Group Energy Session OR Dream Work session (90 min, weekday evening)

Meet Your Guide…
Hi, I’m Julia… Energy Worker and lover of humans. I began 10+ years ago as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher in the Tibetan/ Usui and Karuna lineages. Since then, I have added Integrative Energy Medicine, Shamanic Healing Work, BodyTalk, Folk/Western Herbalism, Plant Spirit Medicine, Channeled Frequency work and more to my medley of passion and expertise.
I am here to greet the Soul in Everything…
There is a soul in everything. I learned this after many years of forgetting, and I've now devoted my life to remembering and creating spaces for others to remember. I work with energy: I read it and weave it and acknowledge that which is unseen, and invite others to do the same.
Straight talk: I came to this work from my own brokenness. I have uncovered and liberated layers and layers of personal capital T trauma along the way. I have spent a decade working with thousands of bodies to cut my chops understanding how energy moves in our soma and our souls, and how we can revolutionize our power to heal and grow in the days to come. I know Energy because I am obsessed with Energy… I’m a 10,000 hours gal.
My mission is to align and tune our individual and collective energies so that we can return to living in right relationship with ourselves, others, and the planet... and to weave some whimsy and play in along the way.
